Terms of Service
Service: Domain SeekerLast updated: December 19, 2025Contact: support@domain-seeker.com
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Domain Seeker(the “Service”) provided by Halo Media Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You may use the Service as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, using it for unlawful purposes, or attempting to bypass limits or access controls.
3. Service description and disclaimers
- Domain availability is best-effort. Results may be inaccurate or delayed, and we do not guarantee that any domain is available for registration.
- AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
4. Plans, limits, and “unlimited” fair use
We offer multiple plans. Limits may change over time to protect the Service and users.
Reset & rollover: usage limits reset on a schedule (daily and/or monthly, depending on the feature). Unused usage does not roll over or accumulate — any remaining allowance expires at the reset.
- Guest: limited daily usage (currently 1 search/day).
- Basic: higher free limits (currently 3 managed searches/day), and an optional higher daily cap when using your own API keys (currently up to 5 searches/day total).
- Pro (paid): higher daily limits (currently 20 managed searches/day and up to 50 searches/day total when using BYO keys), subject to fair use and abuse prevention (rate limits, timeouts, token limits, and other reasonable restrictions).
- BYO keys: if you add your own provider key, platform usage limits may still apply, and your provider may bill you directly. We may also apply safety guardrails (timeouts, max token limits, and abuse prevention).
5. BYO keys (Bring Your Own API keys)
You may optionally provide your own provider API keys (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or AWS Bedrock credentials). If you choose to use BYO keys:
- You authorize us to send requests to the selected provider on your behalf using your key.
- You are responsible for any provider charges incurred using your key.
- You can remove or revoke keys at any time. We may apply safety guardrails (timeouts, max token limits, basic abuse prevention) even with BYO keys.
6. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds
Paid plans are billed via Stripe and may be offered weekly, monthly, or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; your access remains active through the end of the billing period.
Refunds: payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is an error, contact support@domain-seeker.com.
7. Affiliate disclosure and third-party registrars
After you select a registrar option, you will be redirected to a third-party registrar site. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their pricing, policies, or your transaction with them.
We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links. We participate in affiliate programs and/or networks (which may include Impact / Impact.com, depending on the offer). Affiliate links may include tracking parameters and may rely on cookies or similar technologies for attribution.
Prices and perks are informational and may change without notice.
8. Intellectual property
The Service and its content (excluding your inputs) are owned by Halo Media Solutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo Media Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Indemnification
